Bruce McDougall

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce McDougall is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ATIC. As CFO, he is responsible for overall financial management of the company and its financial reporting and transparency.

Prior to joining ATIC, Bruce was CFO of GLOBALFOUNDRIES. And prior to that he was with Mubadala Development Company, where he was seconded as CFO to EMAL International, a US$5.7 bn Greenfield aluminium smelter and power plant project under construction in the UAE. In this role, he was responsible for arranging financing, negotiating key project agreements, and implementing operations, finance, treasury, risk management and business planning support functions. Bruce’s professional experience also includes management positions in operations and business services at Curragh Mines (Wesfarmers) and Rio Tinto.

Bruce is a CPA, holding a Bachelor of Business degree.
