Matt Ayoub

Head of Human Resource & People Operations

As head of Human Resource and People Operations, Matt Ayoub oversees the management of ATIC’s internal talent acquisition and employee development.

Prior to joining ATIC, Matt held positions as Director of Sales Operations and Director of Global Pricing at leading life sciences company Life Technologies (previously Invitrogen). He played a key role in Invitrogen’s $6.7bn(US) acquisition and subsequent integration of Applied Biosciences to form Life Technologies, in addition to contributing to the integration or divestiture of several other assets.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from Boston University, and an MBA from the University of San Diego, where he served as the President of the Graduate Business Students Association.
